Published by PennWell Publishing in 1995 and sold internationally, this book is a compilation of the best Office of the Month articles that were published in Dental Economics magazine. Two of the offices featured in this book, Dr. Douglas Jolstad's orthodontic office and Southern Heights Dental, were designed by our own Keith Sjöquist.

For the past two years, Keith Sjöquist has been chair of SEED. This committee is sponsored by the Minneapolis City Council and consists of three neighborhood groups and the local business associations. The committee has been master planning an existing industrial area of 300+ acres. The area has been in continuous industrial use for over 140 years. The planning process will result in an urban industrial development model that will respond to economic and environmental requirements of inner city industrial development.

The association was formed four years ago as a result of the involvement of Keith Sjöquist and several other business owners in a community planning process. They recognized the need for an association to be better informed and involved in the city processes that effect their businesses. Keith is the current chair of the organization and past president.
